The popular approach is to try to ‘quit’ things to fix yourself. Quit eating this, or quit smoking that...quit this weight for a lighter one, quit this cholesterol number for a smaller one. 

When you do more of those things, you’ll find that the things that you don’t want, quit you.


The fact is, there's nothing to fix.  You're not broken.  The secret is to quit quitting. 
Instead, add the things to your life that make it better: self-care, rest, nourishing food, authenticity, positive communication, healthy relationships, movement, time to be creative, time to serve others, and so on.

Their collaborative project, “Roots Wellbeing,” was created at the request of those private clients, who wanted their employees, families and communities to have access to the same benefits of professional coaching and concierge wellbeing services. 

Ancient and modern sciences are blended to give Roots both whole-person breadth, and life long depth.  Roots Wellbeing programs are an effective, chilled-out, common-sense approach to wellbeing - quite the opposite of the single-focus strategies like diets, detox, and dodgie apps (as Karl calls them) that count your steps-per-day, are ditched for ideas like “if you’re still breathing, you’re doing something right, so let’s start there;” and, “if you slow down, you’ll get where you want to go faster.”  

With "Roots" as a foundation of the wellbeing journey, a seed is planted and a process begins that can be nurtured and  supported throughout one's lifetime; empowering participants to reach their greatest potential for a good life, good health, and a good future.
